Our professional team of toolmakers are trained and experienced in the areas of product design, development, injection mould making and have expert knowledge in the injection moulding process. This is highly advantageous in the design and injection mould making process as it ensures the end product will exceed the customer's expectations.
The Toolroom has Computer-Aided Design (CAD), CNC Vertical Machining Centers, CNC Lathe, CNC Electronic Discharge Machine (EDM) and CNC 4 Axis Wire EDM capabilities.
Our injection moulding factory has various machine sizes and capacities ranging up to 168-tonne clamp force allowing for a maximum shot size of up to 300 grams.
Our toolmakers are qualified and competent in what they do. This helps to provide peace of mind to our customers as it will avoid any frustration that arises when dealing with separate companies - one for mould manufacture and another for injection moulding.
